Updates

I’m currently working with 13 Gods, 13 Goddesses and whatever Loki declares themselves when I ask. Nice and even, my Virgo brain loves this.

I’ve mostly spent March doing YA novel stuff. Such as blogging on my bookish blog and reading YA novels.

I’ve been in a fog of soul crushing depression last few weeks. I would love to drop it all on Mercury Retrograde ( I’m a Virgo/Mercury Dom; Virgo sun and Gemini Rising), but it’s a mix of terror attack on Friday, social justice work moving too slow, and the fact my UU Church doesn’t take Trans issues seriously enough. Our little group will dissolve in Oct and be taken under the Social Justice committee where they only allow a strict 6 person limit. Nobody on that board is Trans, and 99% sure none are Queer. I came home Tuesday and shattered.

I’m nearing one full month as a traditional Witch yet I haven’t done a single witchy thing. Ostara is usually huge in my tiny apartment, all I could do was making a pot of ramens and cry.

I am hoping to finally find spring flowers to take photos of, last Sunday’s walk was nearly a bust.

I told Loki I have nothing left and that I’m too dead inside to care for much at the moment, Loki suggested I go for a fun Amazon order instead of studying (A.K.A order of witchcraft books) or a forced order (A.K.A order of more YA novels when I haven’t finished a single March book yet). So I am thinking of taking their offer and getting the newly released Mermaid Tarot deck and Queen of The Moon Oracle (Rockpool publishing). Granted, my moon is male (Tho Mani cringes at modern gendering of everything. I feel you, Mani) and my sun is female ( Sol is proud of this fact, so take of that what you will) and every moon oracle deck is female. Yet I want a moon oracle, and my Moonology oracle (HayHouse) is good but I love Rockpool.

I don’t know what I will have to blog on but I do wish I could come up with something. I cleaned up the blog and have a nicer looking theme for it. I may do reviews for each witch’s tool series book once I am done. I got Athame and Mirror to read first. I avoided Athame until last knowing it’s going to be hyper obsessed with penises and I’m a sex repulsed asexual.
